How do I enable Javascript in my browser?
Firstly, you will need a Javascript enabled browser. ThisRank.com recommends Firefox which can be downloaded here.
To enable Javascript in your existing Web Browser, follow the relevant instructions below:
Internet Explorer 6, 7 & 8
- Select "Tools" from the top menu
- Choose "Internet Options"
- Select the "Security" tab.
- Click "Custom Level".
- Scroll down to "Scripting" and make sure "Active Scripting" is set to Enable.
- Click "OK"
- Click "Yes" or "OK" when asked "Are sure you wish to change the security settings for this zone"
- Click "OK" on the Internet Properties window.
- Close all open Internet Explorer windows and then relaunch Internet Explorer.
Firefox 1, 2 & 3
- Select "Tools" from the top menu
- Choose "Options"
- Choose "Content" from the top navigation
- Select the checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript" and click "OK"
Safari 1, 2, 3 & 4
- Select "Safari" from the top menu
- Choose "Preferences"
- Choose "Security"
- Select the checkbox next to "Enable JavaScript"
